The NDA is heading for a sweeping win in the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 by establishing a commanding lead across the state. By noon, trends from the Election Commission showed that the alliance is surging ahead in over 200 of the 243 constituencies, putting the NDA on course for one of its strongest mandates in recent history.

The BJP is emerging as the leading party with more than 90 of the 101 seats, backed by an exceptional strike rate. With leads in more than 75 constituencies, the JD(U) also appears set for a significant rebound following its 2020 drop. The Congress has slipped further, leading by less than five seats despite running for 61, while the RJD has seen a dramatic decline in performance, holding fewer than 30 leads.
