Ranbir Kapoor has returned to Mumbai just in time to celebrate his 43rd birthday after vacationing with his family. The actor marked this year's birthday in a decidedly intimate manner with his wife, Alia Bhatt, and daughter Raha Kapoor. Surprising fans, Ranbir conducted a live interactive session on the official Instagram page of his clothing brand ARKS. There, in response to a fan's question, the 'Animal' star revealed how a small expression of love from his daughter left him deeply moved.
During the live session, Ranbir shared, "I spent the entire day with Alia and Raha and just did nothing. Raha made me a promise that she would give me 43 kisses, so I got that, and she made me a beautiful card. It really moved me. It was a perfect birthday.”
His face beamed with an irrepressible smile as he spoke about his daughter. He also added, “It was work-cum-vacation. I’m shifting to my new house, so we did house shopping and made a quick 2-day trip with the family, and it worked out perfectly as it was at the same time as my birthday".
Earlier, in a viral video, Ranbir thanked his fans for their birthday wishes. " I'm 43 years old today. As you can see, my beard has gone grey. Every year, I'm getting older".
And during this video, a shout is heard from the background—Raha's 'cameo' moment, adding an extra layer of charm to the clip.
Ranbir Kapoor's wife, Alia Bhatt, took to Instagram to share glimpses of the celebration. She captioned, "Happy Birthday, our whole and soul".
The photo series opened with a serene shot of the couple enjoying a sunset together. Another picture captured a candid moment of Ranbir with Raha, while the final image featured a handmade birthday card by their little one, which read, "Happy Birthday...Best papa in the world."

Additionally, he stated that he typically finds music from India or the global top 50 on Spotify.
Ranbir's next film is Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Love and War', where he will star alongside Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. Additionally, 'Ramayana' is set to release on Diwali 2026. In this epic directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Ranbir will portray Lord Ram, joined by Yash, Sai Pallavi, Sunny Deol, Ravi Dubey, and many others. The second part of this film is slated for release on Diwali 2027.
