Kartik Aaryan has taken another big step forward, but this time it's not on the silver screen, but in Mumbai’s real estate market. The Bollywood actor, who has carved a strong place for himself in the industry, has now invested ₹13 crore in an office property located in Andheri West, one of the city’s most high demand addresses. What makes the purchase even more special is that Kartik bought the property together with his parents, Mala Tiwari and Manish Tiwari.
Details of the deal
According to documents reviewed by Square Yards from the Inspector General of Registration’s website, the transaction was registered in September 2025. The office is situated at Signature by Lotus, a well-known commercial building in Andheri West. It covers a carpet area of 176.98 sq. m (approx. 1,905 sq. ft) and a built-up area of 194.67 sq. m (approx. 2,095 sq. ft). The property also comes with three car parking spaces. As part of the agreement, Kartik paid a stamp duty of ₹78 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000
Andheri West has long been a hotspot for both residential and commercial properties, thanks to its strong connectivity and strategic location. With easy access to major roads, rail, and metro services, along with its proximity to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, the area is a favorite among professionals and business owners. It’s also close to key business hubs like Bandra Kurla Complex, SEEPZ, and Lower Parel, further boosting its popularity.
From films to investments
Kartik, who made his acting debut with Pyaar Ka Punchnama in 2011, has steadily risen to become one of Bollywood’s most reliable young stars. With hits like Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Luka Chuppi, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, and Satya Prem Ki Katha, he has built both a loyal fan base and an impressive career graph. Now, with this big-ticket real estate investment, the actor is adding another feather to his cap and expanding his success story beyond films.
