Every year during Durga Puja, Bollywood stars can be seen at the puja pandals in Mumbai. Rani Mukerji and Kajol are regulars. Alongside them, Ranbir, Alia, Bipasha, and Ajay have also been spotted immersing themselves in the festivities. However, each year, everyone eagerly anticipates even a fleeting glimpse of Rani Mukerji's daughter. Yet, she never brings her daughter into the public eye. The question on everyone's mind is, what exactly is the reason behind the actress's decision?

Rani has always kept her daughter away from the public gaze. Nevertheless, the actress has never released any photographs publicly. While the mother can be seen at the pandal throughout the festivities, little Adira is left at home. In fact, she is never seen on social media either.

It's not just Adira; her husband Aditya Chopra also stays as far from the cameras as possible. In a recent interview, Rani revealed why she doesn't bring her daughter out in public. Explaining the reason for keeping her away from lights and cameras, Rani stated, "Neither Aditya nor I want Adira to become an unnecessary object of attraction. We want her to create her own identity through her own efforts. I don't want her to grow up in the shadow of her parents' fame. That's why I'm not willing to bring her in front of the camera. We've made this decision jointly."

Recently, Rani received the National Award for Best Actress for the film 'Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway'. For context, Rani and Aditya married in 2014, and their daughter Adira was born the following year. However, to this day, Rani has kept Adira away from everything.
