The National Stock Exchange (NSE) saw LG Electronics India make a spectacular debut on Tuesday, listing at ₹1,710.10, more than 50 percent above its issue price. Hong Ju Jeon, the Managing Director of LG India, gave a speech in Hindi during the listing ceremony, which was the exciting point for many people nationwide, as he chose Hindi over English or Korean.
