To keep pace with the competition in the job market, Birla School of Management has taken a remarkable step this time. They have partnered with the world-renowned organisation KPMG in India to introduce a two-year MBA in Business Analytics program. Its main objective is to make students completely 'industry-ready' by teaching them data and strategy-based advanced skills.
In this program, students will get hands-on learning opportunities. The curriculum combines business strategy with cutting-edge analytics techniques, which will make students proficient in using real case studies and industry-standard tools. Graduates will be prepared in such a way that they can lead in the data-driven economy.
Professor Parameshwar Nayak, Dean of Birla School of Management, said that this new MBA program will help transform students' insights into strategy and create future leaders. Narayanan Ramaswamy of KPMG in India has also described this initiative as true collaboration between academia and industry. According to Vice Chancellor Professor Kulbhushan Balooni (former professor at IIM), this education is not prepared for the future but is an initiative to shape the future.
