Education Minister Bratya Basu wrote on his X handle at 9:30 PM on Friday that the results of SSC's Class XI-XII teacher recruitment examination have been released. However, even as Saturday morning turned into afternoon, job aspirants from various areas of the state complained that they could not view the results on SSC's website.

The commission acknowledged that the website was experiencing problems due to excessive load. In this situation, the commission took the matter into their own hands and opened a new website for the convenience of examinees. To resolve the problem, the commission announced the use of a new website on this day. That is wbsschelpdesk.com.

SSC Chairperson Siddhartha Majumdar said, “Apart from our own website, we have launched a website as a helpdesk. There is also another website available. Results can be viewed from there as well.”

The commission published the results 54 days after conducting the examination. The 'final model answer key' has also been published alongside. It was initially announced that candidates could view results by visiting the westbengalssc.com website. According to sources, on one hand, applications from education workers are being submitted.
