PVR INOX is hosting Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic films back to theatres for two weeks in honour of his 60th birthday. Check out the line-ups, dates and other details.

Ahead of Shah Rukh Khan's 60th birthday, multiplex giant PVR INOX announced a special film festival to honour his legacy. The Bollywood living legend referred to the news as a "beautiful reunion." He recently won the National Award this year for his role in Jawan.

Shah Rukh Khan Film Festival line-up and dates

PVR INOX announced it on social media, saying: “Decades of charm. Endless emotions. One legend. Celebrate the films that defined generations — the Shah Rukh Khan Film Festival starts Oct 31!”

The film festival will commence on October 31, ahead of his 60th birthday on November 2, and will continue for two weeks across more than 75 cinemas in 30 cities.

Line-up

‘Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na’, a charming story of a young man navigating love through playful deception.

'Chennai Express', Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone's rom-com with Rohit Shetty's trademark action.

'Devdas', Sanjay Leela Bhansali's grand tale of a tragic love story featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

'Dil Se', Shah Rukh Khan’s passionate story of rebellion and romance with Manisha Koirala and Preity Zinta.

'Main Hoon Na', Shah Rukh Khan blended patriotism, friendship and family relations in this Bollywood drama.

‘Om Shanti Om', a reincarnation saga, is Deepika Padukone's debut with SRK, in the hands of Farah Khan.

‘Jawan', Shah Rukh Khan's latest blockbuster, earned him the National Film Award.

Fans can relive the magic of Shah Rukh Khan's legendary performances at the film festival, which is being amplified as a cinematic love letter to the actor, thanking him for all the romantic gestures and standards he set for us.

According to Hindustan Times, in a press release, Shah Rukh reflected on the honour with gratitude and said, “Cinema has always been my home, and seeing these films return to the big screen feels like a beautiful reunion. These movies aren’t just my stories — they belong to the audience that has lovingly embraced them for over 33 years.”

He also added, “I’m grateful to PVR INOX for celebrating this journey with such love, and to Red Chillies Entertainment, my creative home, for always believing in stories that connect us all. I hope everyone who comes to watch relives the joy, the music, the emotions, and the magic of cinema that we’ve shared together.”

Shah Rukh was last seen in a cameo of his son's series 'Bads of Bollywood'. He is now working on Siddharth Anand’s 'King'. His daughter Suhana Khan. Abhishek Bachchan and Deepika Padukone are also expected to star in the film, which is expected to release in 2026.
