Bollywood legends Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan shared a rare stage at the Joy Forum 2025 in Riyadh, sparking excitement with talk of a possible joint film project. The trio reflected on their journeys, stardom, and the emotional bond they share with fans.

In a sight fans had long hoped to see, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan appeared together on stage at the Joy Forum 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Bollywood superstars — who have ruled Indian cinema for over three decades — spoke openly about fame, their friendship, and the changing face of Hindi cinema.

The Khans celebrate stardom and friendship

Salman Khan, known for his trademark wit, said the three never saw themselves as “stars.” He credited filmmakers, technicians, and audiences for their success. “We’re ordinary people made extraordinary by those around us,” Salman said, drawing applause, according to a PTI report.

"None of us call ourselves stars. Some journalists may write ‘Salman Khan, star' or ‘Aamir Khan, super-duper star', but we don't believe in it at all. At home, we are just like everyone else. I still get yelled at by my father and mother,” he said. “It's the people we work with — the directors, DOPs, writers — and the audiences who make us who we are. They're the ones who turn average, mediocre people like me into what you see on screen,” Salman added.

Shah Rukh Khan, who turns 60 next month, highlighted the emotional connect that keeps their movies close to fans’ hearts. “Whether we play rich or poor, hero or villain, the cultural bond in our stories makes us who we are,” he said.

The biggest moment of the evening came when the trio hinted at working together in a film. Shah Rukh joked that “no one can afford” the three Khans in one movie, while Salman teased him to repeat the line on stage. Aamir added that the project would only happen with the “right script,” saying the three now feel emotionally ready for such a collaboration.

The Khans’ reunion in Riyadh quickly went viral, with fans celebrating the possibility of witnessing Bollywood’s most iconic trio on screen together after decades. The last time the three of them were witnessed in the same project was Bads of Bollywood, where Aamir, Salman and SRK cameoed for the Aryan Khan-directed web series, which is successfully streaming on Netflix.
