Following months of rumors, singer Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau make their first-ever red carpet debut.
The duo attended the Tribeca Festival in New York City for the premiere of Perry's new concert documentary film Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live From Paris. The event brought both fans and journalists into excitement following the duo's arrival.
The premiere event for Perry was notable due to her latest concert documentary, but it was the couple's debut in which they grabbed everyone's attention.

Red carpet appearance puts end to rumors
Since the year 2025, there have been numerous rumors about Perry and Trudeau's relationship, especially following the couple's numerous meetups in Montreal.
The couple finally appeared in their first-ever joint appearance on the red carpet, putting an end to months of rumors. Pictures of the duo were taken when they walked the red carpet before attending the premiere event for Perry's concert documentary.
It is important to note that both Perry and Trudeau did not address the nature of their relationship.
Documentary premiere draws star attention
It was the premier of Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live From Paris, the documentary concert film, which was filmed by Paul Dugdale.
The film includes performances during Perry's concerts in Paris in November 2025, captured through the use of 60 cameras. It will be part of the music films being presented at this year's Tribeca Festival.
Perry arrived at the festival event wearing a vintage white Lanvin dress, belonging to the spring and summer collection of 1987, while Trudeau dressed in black suit along with his usual white shirt. Their appearance sparked numerous conversations online, especially since their relationship seemed to have publicly started.
