Bison trailer: Dhruv Vikram is set to return with Mari Selvaraj’s sports drama, releasing this Diwali

Dhruv Vikram is returning to theatres with his third film, Bison, directed by Mari Sevaraj.

Dhruv Vikram is marking his return in the theatres with a new sports drama, 'Bison.’ The film will be centered around Kabaddi. Before its October 17 Diwali release, the upcoming Tamil sports drama’s trailer was released on Monday.

The film will be set in Southern Tamil Nadu with the background of the 1990s. The trailer starts with the sounds of a goat in a black and white setting, then the scene transitions to young boys playing kabaddi, which shows the importance of Sports in the film.

About the plot

This film marks the first collaboration between Dhruv Vikram and Mari Selvaraj. The trailer reveals the dark history of Dhruv Vikram's character and highlights the cultural significance of Kabaddi. The story will focus on the struggles faced by a Kabaddi player. The trailer is beautifully edited, and the music by Nivas K. Prasanna elevates every scene. While it does not reveal much about the overall storyline, it successfully creates buzz and anticipation for the movie.
