Over the period, the timeless character of Marvel Comics has come to life on the screen with different actors. The journey of Spider-Man films started with Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man. Tobey Maguire initially portrayed Peter Parker in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy, which began in 2002. Andrew Garfield played the webcrawler in The Amazing Spider-Man series from 2012, and later on, Tom Holland as Spider-Man made his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which began in 2016. The new movie in the Spider-Man series will hit the theatres in July 2026.
The return in India
Sony Pictures shared all the details about it on their official social media handles with a video. All three series of Spider-Man films will return to Indian cinemas in November. Starting with the Tobey Maguire trilogy, which will hit theaters on November 14. After that, the two Andrew Garfield movies from ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ franchise will hit the screen on November 21, and the Tom Holland trilogy on November 28.
