August 22, Friday: Stranger Things actor Millie Bobby Brown and her husband Jake Bongiovi announced that they became parents after adopting a "sweet girl. "Brown, 21, and Brimeovi, 23, shared a post on Instagram that they were "beyond excited” to enter the next chapter of their lives.

A message accompanied by the song of the Beatles Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da continued. "And then there were 3." With a sketch of a tree, the couple wrote on Instagram on Thursday,22nd August: “This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption. We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy.”

Brown is most famous for her role as Eleven in the Netflix-produced web series, Stranger Things. Bongiovi, the model, the son of famous musician John Bon Jovi, married her last October after getting engaged in 2023. In a photo from her wedding last year, Bringiovi wrote at that point in a post called "Forever and Always Your Husband." That time of the year, the whole engagement event was the hot topic, as they are very young and they are rushing in life as per social construct.

Brown previously talked about her desire to be a parent in various interviews, including Vanity Fair. She added that she wanted a big family with her husband. She mentioned the possibility of adoption before. Speaking in March on an intelligent podcast hosted by Jason Bateman, Shanom Heiss and Will Arnett, the actor said: "Jake knows how important he is to me (having kids)." Brown, who also recently appeared alongside Chris Pratt in sci-fi film The Electric State, added: “Of course, I want to focus on really establishing myself as an actor and as a producer, but I also find it’s so important to start a family, for me.”

In late 2023, Millie Brown published her debut novel, which reignited a debate over ghostwritten celebrity books. “Nineteen Steps”, inspired by her grandmother’s experience of the 1943 Bethnal Green tube disaster, was ghostwritten by author Kathleen McGurl. Brown was criticized as the cover of the book featured only Brown’s name.
