Notably, Assam CID has arrested a total of seven people in this incident so far. All are currently in judicial custody. The list includes Zubeen Garg's bandmates, manager, and organizers. Among those arrested is his cousin, dismissed IPS officer Sandeepan Garg.

It is also worth mentioning that on Wednesday, the singer's fans demonstrated a protest outside Assam jail for those arrested in Zubeen's death case.
