A major success for Indian intelligence agencies as gang members of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi have been arrested in America. Along with the arrest of Bishnoi gang member Bhanu Rana, another criminal named Venkatesh Garg has been arrested in Georgia.
According to police sources, Bhanu Rana is a resident of Karnal in Haryana. Bhanu has been carrying out anti-social activities in Haryana, Punjab and Delhi for a long time. There are also allegations that he had connections with the gang of notorious criminal Lawrence Bishnoi. He had been living in America for quite some time after leaving his base in Karnal. Bhanu's name was linked to a bomb attack case in Haryana in June. Since then, Bhanu had been absconding. Multiple cases are ongoing against him in India under various sections.

On the other hand, Venkatesh's home is in the Narayangarh area of Haryana. In July this year, Venkatesh was accused of murdering Bahujan Samaj Party leader Harbilas Rajjumajra. Since then, Venkatesh has been staying in Georgia. Venkatesh jointly runs a syndicate with a gangster named Kapil Sangowan. There are also allegations that he takes young men from various areas of North India to carry out anti-social activities. He has about 10 cases against his name, including the murder of a Samajwadi Party leader.
Haryana Police has arrested these two criminals in a joint operation with Indian intelligence agencies. Arrangements are being made to bring them back to the country soon.
