African flavors take over Kolkata with a vibrant pop-up food festival

Chef Rosie's Flavours of Africa pop-up brought West African food to Kolkata by serving Nigerian Chin-Chin, Jollof Rice, Goat Meat Stew, and Fish Sauce with Plantain, among other dishes.
