The event, designed as a pre-holiday shopping festival, is drawing Prime members worldwide with unprecedented offers.
Dyson, Stanley, and Lego headline the best-selling list
Among the most talked-about items is Dyson’s Airstrait Hair Straightener, available in a limited-edition ceramic pink finish, now priced at $470 (down from $549). The Stanley IceFlow Flip Straw Tumbler, a viral favorite for its long-lasting insulation, has also received its first markdown, retailing at $23 instead of $35.

Tech, beauty and kitchen essentials see first-ever markdowns
The Economic Times noted that beyond headline products, this year’s October Prime Day also features discounts on home and kitchen essentials such as the Martha Stewart 16-Piece Knife Block Set ($72), Shark StainStriker Cleaner ($100), and the Instant Pot 7-in-1 Multi-Cooker ($65).
Retail experts told ET that the October edition, unlike July’s summer Prime Day, caters to early holiday shoppers. With over 20,000 products discounted, including luxury brands like Dyson, Beats and Stanley, the 2025 sale is shaping up to be one of Amazon’s largest October events yet.
