2) Sunglasses are no longer just a fashion accessory. Rather, to protect from ultraviolet rays during the day, it's better to keep these handy when going out. Wearing large-frame sunglasses also protects the skin around the eyes. However, buying cheap sunglasses won't work. Only good quality polarised sunglasses can keep the eyes protected.

3) This tip is for those who use contact lenses. Never go to sleep wearing contact lenses. There's a risk of eye infection. Both the eyes and the lenses need to be cleaned regularly. Otherwise, it can result in loss of eyesight.
