300 grams paneer, 1 cup yogurt, 4-5 green chilies, 2 tablespoons cashews, 1 tablespoon raisins, 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon rose water, 1 teaspoon kewra water, 1 tablespoon biryani spice, 1 tablespoon whole garam masala, salt and sugar to taste, and oil and ghee as needed.

Soak the paneer in water for twenty minutes. This will soften the paneer. Remove from the water and cut the paneer into cubes. Fry the paneer in a little oil and set aside. Blend yogurt, poppy seeds, cashews, raisins, and green chilies in a mixer. Grind them finely.
Heat ghee and oil in a pan. Temper with dry chilies, cumin seeds, and whole garam masala. Now add the yogurt paste to it. Cook the spices a little. At this time, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and sugar to taste.
