Nutritionists suggest eating carrots regularly to keep the health of the eyes. Because this vegetable is high in vitamin A. However, if you go around on social media, it can be seen that the value of carrots has suddenly increased among netizens.

According to them, carrot juice works like a 'magic potion' to increase the density of hair. Is it true at all?

Vitamin A

Vitamin A has a significant role to play in regulating sebum secretion in the scalp. Vitamin A also helps to maintain the pH balance of the scalp.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C has a special role in the production of collagen in the scalp. This collagen is a type of protein. Collagen plays a significant role in hair growth and good health.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is needed to keep the blood circulation of the scalp good. Vitamin E also keeps an eye on the supply of adequate oxygen to the hair follicle.

Beta-carotene

Carrots contain beta-carotene. This element goes into the body and is converted into vitamin A. This vitamin has a role in increasing hair density.

Biotin and Potassium

These two minerals are important to prevent hair breakage from the middle and strengthen the hair follicles.

Nutritionists say that carrot juice should be eaten as well as rubbed. Take out the carrot juice and eat half of it. Keep the other half to make a pack. Mix 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil with carrot juice. Apply this pack to the head for half an hour. Then shampoo.
