To stay healthy, it's essential to eat fruits, not just drink water. Fruits help keep the body fit. Both doctors and nutritionists recommend eating fruits.

But does fruit always mean healthy? Everything has both good and bad sides. Some fruits are also on that list.

Dates

Everyone knows how beneficial dates are for the body. However, dates contain so much sugar that this fruit is not ideal for diabetes patients. Even without diabetes, eating too many dates is not right. The American Diabetes Association reports that one date contains about 16 grams of carbohydrates. As a result, eating more than one per day can cause problems.

Litchi

Be it a child or an old man, no one feels satisfied without eating lychees in summer. Even though it's a favorite fruit, it would be good to exercise some restraint when eating lychees. Especially diabetics need to eat lychees carefully. Lychees contain hypoglycin, which can increase blood sugar levels.

Orange

Oranges are recommended for their vitamin C content. However, besides vitamin C, oranges also contain acidic components. The more this acid enters the body, the greater the risk of gas and acidity. The 'Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology' says that for those who have daily problems with gas or acidity, oranges can become dangerous.
