29 August,Friday: On January 25 and 26, Lollapalooza India 2026 will be taking over Mahalaxmi Race Course in Mumbai and will set the stage for a musical extravaganza everyone has been waiting for. Along with a strong lineup of Indian indie acts, the fourth edition of the international music festival will feature some of the biggest artists in the world, including Linkin Park, Yungblud, Kehlani, Knock2, and Playboi Carti.

Linkin Park to perform in India for the first time

According to a report by The Indian Express, legendary rock band Linkin Park has officially confirmed their debut performance in India as part of their ongoing From World Zero world tour. The co-founder, Mike Shinoda, said in a newsletter, “India has been somewhere we’ve wanted to play for a long time. Our fans there are absolutely dedicated, and we can't wait to finally present our live show to them." The band will be accompanied by new singer Emily Armstrong, drummer Colin Brittain, and guitarist Alex Federer, as they perform both their classic hits and new songs from their recent album.

Ticket prices guarantee tiered experiences

According to the Free Press Journal, tickets are already available on BookMyShow. The price begins at ₹10,060 and extends to a luxury ₹55,898 pass with VIP lounge access, complimentary food, shuttle services, and select front-stage entry. Mid-level passes for ₹14,532, ₹22,917, and ₹33,538 provide different benefits, and single-day passes are soon to be out.

With more than 40 foreign and domestic acts such as Calum Scott, LANY, Ankur Tewari & The Ghalat Family, Bloodywood, and many more, the festival guarantees to be one of India's most diverse lineups. The audience has a chance to enjoy two days of international music vibes intertwined beautifully with India's energetic indie world.
