With the wedding season right around the corner, it’s time to focus on your skin and overall grooming. Whether it’s your own wedding or a close one’s, keeping your skin healthy and glowing matters. Between office work and wedding errands, we often forget to take care of ourselves. Here’s how you can get that radiant look even with limited time in hand.

For healthy and glowing skin

To maintain naturally glowing skin, start your nighttime skincare routine right away. Cleansing, toning, and moisturizing every day is a must. If you have acne or dark spots, treat them with natural face packs. If needed, consult a dermatologist and start using a prescribed serum or medication. Exfoliate your skin once a week and keep it clean. Avoid experimenting with new products just before the wedding, as they might cause unexpected reactions. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen whenever you step out.

Hand and foot care

Your hands and feet are just as important as your face. A glowing face with tanned limbs doesn’t look appealing. Exfoliate weekly and keep your skin well-moisturized. Go for at least three manicures and pedicures before the wedding. If you notice heavy tanning, opt for a de-tan treatment.

Hair care matters too

Wash your hair at least three times a week and use conditioner after every wash. If possible, get two hair spa sessions before the wedding. Use a natural hair mask to keep your hair soft and silky.

Body polishing for the perfect glow

Body polishing has become quite popular nowadays. If your skin isn’t overly sensitive, you can go for a session to make your skin clean and healthy. However, if you have less than a week before the wedding, it’s better to skip it—since some products can still cause irritation, even on normal skin.

Overall wellness

Keep your weight under control and eat a good diet to stay healthy and glowing. To maintain a healthy body and glowing skin, try to incorporate fruits, vegetables, and proteins into your diet and maintain an active lifestyle.
