Planning for a house party on Diwali? Make these non-vegetarian and vegetarian snacks

Everyone, from a child to an adult, will enjoy the festival of lights. Some will fast on the day of Kali Puja, while on Diwali, there will be a house party at someone's house. No matter what the plan is during the festive season, it doesn't go without a pet puja. Diwali is incomplete without yummy snacks. So, know two recipes for vegetarian and non-vegetarian snacks for this day.

Chicken Popcorn

To make chicken popcorn, the chicken has to be marinated first. Cut 2 cups of chicken into cubes. Mix 1 teaspoon of ginger paste and garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder and salt to taste and marinate the chicken for 1 hour. You can make a mixture by mixing 1 tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice in 1 cup of milk. After 1 hour, marinate the chicken with this mixture or buttermilk for another 1 hour.

Mix 1 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of cornflour, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder in a spreading bowl. Coat the marinated chicken pieces with the flour mixture. Heat the white oil in a pan. In the meantime, fry the chicken red. Made crispy chicken popcorn.

Dal coconut samosas

Instead of potatoes, make a puree with pulses and coconut. In white oil, fry 2 cups of coconut, a handful of cashews and raisins on low heat. Make a paste with sugar to taste.

Instead of flour, make a samosa shell with lentils. Roast 100 gm of moong dal in a dry shell. Boil the pulses with water. Mix salt, turmeric, ginger paste, and green chilli paste in it. When the lentils are boiled, mix the flour and flour in it and make a pulp. This time, when the pulp is cold, cut the lychee and seed. Fill it with coconut puree. Dal coconut samosas are made by roasting in deep oil.
