The secret to lush, long hair: why jasmine oil deserves a place in your haircare routine

Who doesn't love long, waist-length hair? But maintaining long hair is not an easy task. Regular oil massage is essential for hair. It's even better if that oil is jasmine oil. Jasmine oil is indispensable for hair. The vitamins, minerals and antioxidants present in it nourish the hair and help prevent hair fall and even prevent dandruff.

How to use jasmine oil:

Mix it with coconut oil: Take 3 teaspoons of coconut oil. Mix 5-6 drops of jasmine oil into it. Warm the mixture slightly. Apply it thoroughly to hair and scalp and massage for 5-10 minutes. Apply jasmine oil to hair 30 minutes before bathing. You can then shampoo as well. You can apply jasmine oil to your head this way 2-3 times a week. This will stop hair fall and strengthen hair roots. Additionally, dry hair problems will be resolved.

Use with castor oil: To solve hair problems, you can mix jasmine oil with castor oil and use it. Mix 4-5 drops of jasmine oil with 2 tablespoons of castor oil. Massage the oil well into your hair. For best results, apply it the night before and shampoo your hair the next morning. You can apply jasmine oil mixed with castor oil twice a week. This will make hair thick and long.

Apply with aloe vera gel: Aloe vera gel works as a natural conditioner for hair. Mix 5-6 drops of jasmine oil with 2-3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel. Apply this mixture to your hair and sit for 30 minutes. Then shampoo. Those who don't have time to apply oil can use aloe vera gel this way. You can apply jasmine oil this way twice a week. This will easily resolve rough hair problems. You will also get relief from dandruff.
