1) Lukewarm water with lemon juice and a pinch of rock salt

3) Cumin-coriander-fennel soaked water

The practice of drinking fennel-soaked water as a home remedy to control stomach problems is age-old. However, soaking these three spices—cumin, fennel, and coriander—together and consuming them improves liver function, which helps maintain the balance of thyroid hormones T3 and T4.
