On the other hand, Turmeric contains a compound called curcumin, which is a type of powerful antioxidant. This ingredient also helps reduce the risk of multiple diseases.

Drinking ginger-turmeric tea will reduce inflammation in the body. You will easily get relief from various types of pain and discomfort. Muscle and joint stiffness will decrease.
