10 September, 2025: The fight started during the fourth quarter of the Los Angeles Rams’ narrow 14-9 win over the Texans during a soccer game. Eye witnesses said the fight started when a moment of heated trash talk between rival fans quickly spiralled out of proportion.

The viral clip was recorded by an attendee Brian Bowie. Multiple punches were thrown as Rams and Texans fans clashed near the railing of the upper deck. The video also shows a person throwing punches holding a toddler shocking viewers all over. “They were arguing for a good five minutes before the video started, so we were just surprised it took security so long to get there,” Bowie recollected. “Being that close to the edge of the handrail is crazy.”

A woman was seen wearing a Texans jersey and can be seen with blood streaming down her face as the curfuffle continued around her. Security personnels eventually had to intervene but the situation had already gotten out of hand.

In another video circulating online, the injured woman claimed she was kicked out of SoFi Stadium following the incident. The revelation has sparked anger among fans raising questions as to why the victim of the fight was escorted out while the aggressors were still enjoying their time in the stadium. Inglewood police reported that they were not called to the scene and no formal police reports have been filed making no arrests or charges.

Criticism over how fans behave in a stadium has turned out to be a fresh debate in the community. The radar also caught the adequacy of stadium security protocols. People were not pleased about the slow response of the security personnels raising concerns about safety during unexpected outrage in a packed stadium. While the Rams defeated the Texans in a low-scoring contest, the headlines from their home opener are now dominated by the violence in the stands.
