Is Sanju Samson's trade from Rajasthan Royals to Chennai Super Kings now confirmed? For the past two weeks, there has been speculation about Sanju joining CSK. Now, the Chennai Super Kings' social media post has added a new dimension to it. They wished Sanju Samson on his birthday. After this post, supporters believe that Sanju joining Chennai is practically a matter of time. It's not just CSK's post; multiple reports are indicating the same. The Sanju-Jadeja trade deal is set to be sealed within the next 48 hours, according to sources.

According to a report published in Cricbuzz, Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals have already started the process of completing the trade deal between Sanju Samson and Ravindra Jadeja. It will be finalised within 48 hours, it has been learned. Until Monday, neither the BCCI nor the IPL authorities have been informed about this by either team. However, consent has been obtained from all three cricketers - Samson, Jadeja and Sam Curran. This has clarified another matter. The Rajasthan camp has agreed to take Sam Curran along with Jadeja, not Matheesha Pathirana or Dewald Brevis.

Both cricketers, Sanju Samson and Ravindra Jadeja, were retained by their respective teams for ₹18 crore each before the 2025 IPL. Now it's time to change teams. However, for Sam Curran's trade deal, Chennai and Rajasthan will need to obtain a 'no objection certificate' from the England Cricket Board.

Experts believe that once all these tasks are completed, the trade deal will be officially completed within two days. Now it remains to be seen who will lead the Rajasthan Royals if Sanju leaves the team. However, experts believe that Dhruv Jurel is ahead in this race, not Riyan Parag or Yashasvi Jaiswal.
