As announced by WWE officials, Roman Reigns and CM Punk entertained the huge crowd at the American Airlines Centre in Dallas. The exciting appearances left a surge of extravaganza and amazement among the crowds.
Here are the highlights of all the moments of this week’s WWE Raw:
Roman Reigns brings the limelight to the show
Roman Reigns made a comeback on “the squared circle” for the first time after his last appearance in the clash in Paris on 31st August, where he defeated Bronson Reed. He got a huge reception on his comeback. He addressed the comeback, but the tribal chief was interrupted by Reed. Paul Heyman also made an effort to annoy him. However, He remained undaunted and concentrated to give a response in the ring at the next Crown Jewel. He accepted Reed's challenge for an Australian Street Fight at the premier live event on Saturday, October 11.
CM Punk makes a promise to the audience
As soon as he came under the lights, CM Punk delivered a speech where he vowed to regain the championship and also talked about the duel with Seth Rollins. He was then interrupted by LA Knight, who tried to provoke him by making personal remarks and claimed that he is more focused on being a good husband than beating Rollins. After that, Jey and Jimmy Uso suddenly arrived on the scene, and Jey unleashed a superkick on Knight, and in reaction, without wasting time, Punk put him down.
Punk and Knight team up against the USO’s
Punk and Knight teamed up against Jey and Jimmy Uso. By using all of their experience, the twins gained control of the game and kept Knight down in the captivating battle. However, a tap to Punk poured new energy into the battle. Punk exercised his formidable muscles against Jey and flattened him with a Go To Sleep. However, just as one expected Knight to make the cover, he tagged in and stole Punk's moment of victory by successfully pinning Jey.
Styles Penta and Lee get a defeat
AJ Styles, Dragon Lee, and Penta teamed up for a thrilling matchup against Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, and JD McDonagh at The Judgement Day. The heels gained early control in the match by cornering Lee, and even Penta was hammered when he entered the ring. Then, Mysterio attempted 619, which was stopped by a sudden interruption from Rusev, which allowed The Phenomenal One to gain the upper hand. He quickly grabbed McDonagh and gave his squad the victory with a Styles Clash.
Iyo Sky faces Kairi Sane
Kairi Sane faced Iyo Sky in a fierce women's battle. Sky became furious after a tight fight with Asuka, and as a result, she unleashed her anger on Sane and initially seemed to be winning. However, the Pirate Princess bounced back and launched a string of deadly moves. Sky then executed a missile dropkick on her opponent from the top. While Sky was rolling, Asuka interrupted, which allowed Sane to recover and earn a successful pinfall in a spectacular turnaround.
Roxanne Perez’s victory over Lyra Valkyria
In an action-packed encounter, Lyra Valkyria and Roxanne Perez continued their rivalry. Perez gained an early advantage after causing her opponent a lot of damage. Valkyria managed to make a brief comeback with the help of Bayley from the ringside. However, assistance from Raquel Rodriguez helped Perez to unleash her big boot on The Role Model. Perez quickly took advantage of the situation and gave Valkyria a Pop Rox and got the pinfall.
