Special Intensive Revision of voter lists is ongoing across the state. From today, November 4, BLOs are going door-to-door to distribute enumeration forms. Two forms will be distributed during this process. After filling up the forms, voters will keep one copy with themselves. The BLO will take the other one. If they don't find you at home once, the BLO will visit two more times. But there are many who stay far from home due to work or any other reason. For them, the Election Commission has arranged an online form fill-up. However, if you want to fill up the form online, you will have to wait another two days. The online process is not starting from today.

According to Election Commission sources, some technical work is going on. After which, the online form fill-up will start. This may take two more days to finish. The Commission's app ECINET will have to be downloaded on phones from the Play Store or Apple Store. The online form can be filled out from there.

There is no facility to download forms here. Just like the method of online exams or doc file fill-up, enumeration forms will also have to be filled up online in the same way. The Election Commission team is coming to the state on November 5. They will stay for three days, until November 8. They will be visiting three districts in North Bengal – Cooch Behar, Alipurduar and Jalpaiguri. They will conduct field review and examine the work of BLOs. CEO Manojkumar Agarwal will be present with them.
