US destroys 'drug-carrying submarine'; President Donald Trump says ‘25,000 Americans would die’

The US White House has shared an unclassified video of a submarine strike on social media. President Trump warns against drug trafficking.

In a video posted by The White House on X, a submarine has been seen from a bird's-eye view perspective getting blown up in the middle of the ocean. To which the White House shared that a drug trafficking submarine, navigating towards the US through a well-known narco-trafficking route, has been destroyed.

The post reads, " DESTROYED: Confirmed DRUG-CARRYING SUBMARINE navigating towards the United States on a well-known narcotrafficking transit route.

"Under my watch, the United States of America will not tolerate narcoterrorists trafficking illegal drugs, by land or by sea." - President Trump"

After this video was posted, US President Donald Trump has stated that, "At least 25,000 Americans would die if I allowed this submarine to come ashore."

Recently, President Trump said that the submarine strike is a US military campaign to prevent drugs and other narcotic substances from entering to US from South America, according to a HT report.

Donald Trump's post on Truth Social reads,“It was my great honor to destroy a very large DRUG-CARRYING SUBMARINE that was navigating towards the United States on a well known narcotrafficking transit route. U.S. Intelligence confirmed this vessel was loaded up with mostly Fentanyl, and other illegal narcotics. There were four known narcoterrorists on board the vessel. Two of the terrorists were killed. At least 25,000 Americans would die if I allowed this submarine to come ashore.

He also added that there were two survivors, who are being sent to their own countries, Ecuador and Colombia, for detention and prosecution, while no US military personnel were harmed during the strike.

He warned that,"Under my watch, the United States of America will not tolerate narcoterrorists trafficking illegal drugs, by land or by sea. Thank you for your attention to this matter!"
