The US Department of State on Wednesday announced that it has revoked the visas of several foreign nationals who allegedly “celebrated” the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the conservative activist and founder of Turning Point USA.
“The United States has no obligation to host foreigners who wish death on Americans,” the department wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter). “The State Department continues to identify visa holders who celebrated the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk.”
The department’s post also included “a few examples of aliens who are no longer welcome in the U.S.”

The State Department listed individuals whose visas had been revoked in a follow-up post. Like, there was an Argentine national who wrote that Kirk “devoted his entire life spreading racist, xenophobic, misogynistic rhetoric” and “deserves to burn in hell.”
The list further includes a South African, a Mexican, and a German national. It also details a Brazilian national who allegedly said, “Charlie Kirk was the reason for a Nazi rally where they marched in homage to him”, and that Kirk “DIED TOO LATE.”
“President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio will defend our borders, our culture, and our citizens by enforcing our immigration laws,” the Department of State reiterated.
“Aliens who take advantage of America’s hospitality while celebrating the assassination of our citizens will be removed.”
Charlie Kirk, 31, was allegedly shot dead by Tyler Robinson on September 10 during a campus appearance at Utah Valley University (UVU) in Orem during a student Q&A session
