The central investigating agency has filed a criminal case against Anil Ambani's son, Jai Anmol Anil Ambani. The charges have been brought against Ambani's son in allegations of financial fraud. The case is related to bank fraud involving Reliance Housing Finance Limited (RHFL). This is the first time a criminal case has been filed against Anil Ambani's son.
Apart from Anil Ambani's son, cases have been filed against RHFL, the company's former CEO, Ravindra Sudhalkar and several others. There are allegations on multiple issues, including fraud and criminal conspiracy. It is alleged that the bank suffered a loss of ₹228 crores due to the actions of the accused. Based on the allegations, the CBI has started an investigation.

According to sources, the CBI can examine all documents in the investigation of this case. The CBI can review loan accounts and internal records of RHFL. According to sources, multiple employees of the company and bank officials may also be interrogated. No statement has been issued publicly by the Anil Ambani Group on this matter.
