Engineers India Limited (EIL), a Navratna PSU and one of India’s leading engineering consultancies, has announced walk-in interviews for experienced engineers on a fixed-term basis. The interviews will be held from January 12 to January 24, 2026, in Gurugram.
Selected candidates will be posted at major construction project sites across India and, if required, abroad. The roles are linked to large refinery, petrochemical, pipeline, LNG, offshore and infrastructure projects.
The recruitment is for fixed-term positions, initially for 1–2 years, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 3 years. This engagement does not guarantee regular or permanent employment with EIL.
EIL is hiring Associate Engineers in two grades.
Associate Engineer – Grade III
Disciplines: Civil, Mechanical, Welding/NDT, Electrical, Instrumentation
Experience required: Minimum 9 years after qualification, with at least 5 years in construction management and project execution. Experience in refinery, petrochemical or cross-country pipeline projects is mandatory. LNG, port or offshore project experience is desirable.
Upper age limit: 41 years
Associate Engineer – Grade IV
Disciplines: Civil, Mechanical, Welding/NDT, Electrical
Experience required: Minimum 13 years after qualification, with at least 5 years in construction management and project execution. Experience in refinery or petrochemical projects is required.
Upper age limit: 45 years
Educational qualification
Candidates must have a B.E., B.Tech. or B.Sc. (Engineering) degree in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. For Welding/NDT roles, ASNT Level-II certification (RT/UT/MPT/LPT) is mandatory.
Place of posting
Selected candidates will be posted at construction sites across India, including Bina, Dahej, Vadinar, Visakhapatnam, Raipur and other locations. Posting may also be abroad based on project needs.
For Associate Engineer – Grade III, the monthly consolidated pay ranges from ₹2,86,400 to ₹2,96,000 depending on city class.
For Associate Engineer – Grade IV, the monthly consolidated pay ranges from ₹1,00,800 to ₹2,11,200 depending on city class.
Benefits include medical insurance premium reimbursement for self, reimbursement for extended working hours, group personal accident insurance, official travel allowances and paid leave of two days for every completed month, as per company policy.

The walk-in interviews will be held at Engineers India Limited, Sector-16 (NH-48), Gurugram, Haryana – 122001. Reporting time is 8:00 AM.

January 12: Electrical and Instrumentation
January 13: Instrumentation
January 19–20: Civil (Grade III and IV)
January 21–22: Mechanical (Grade III and IV)
January 23–24: Welding/NDT (Grade III and IV)

Application process
Candidates must apply online on the EIL website between December 22 and December 31, 2025, before attending the walk-in. Only those with a valid online registration number will be allowed to appear for the interview.
Documents required
Candidates must carry six copies of the printed online application with a photograph, government photo ID, proof of age, educational certificates, experience certificates, category certificates if applicable, and a No Objection Certificate for employed candidates. Failure to produce original documents will lead to disqualification.
