Andrew Garfield’s era of The Amazing Spider-Man is getting a grand comeback on the big screen. Sony Pictures is re-releasing The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) across India, giving fans a rare chance to relive the charismatic, heartbreaking and a heavy action-packed Garfield duology in theatres once again.
A limited-time return
Both films have already hit cinemas starting Friday, November 21, 2025, for a special limited run. The re-release is part of Sony’s nationwide celebration of every live-action Spider-Man film from Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield to Tom Holland, all of them returning to theatres.

The movies are currently playing in English and Hindi across major cities including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata and more. Showtimes will vary by cinema hall and are currently being updated by theater chains (such as PVR INOX, Cinepolis, and Miraj Cinemas). As per the Showtimes of District, fans can go and enjoy the show on 26 and 27 November in their nearest theatres. In Mumbai, screens across popular theatres such as Andheri (West), Bandra, Lower Parel, Thane, and Navi Mumbai are expected to host the films. Whereas people from Delhi NCR can experience the cinemas in Connaught Place, Saket, Noida’s Sector 18, Cyber Hub Gurugram, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad will feature the re-releases. Look out for screenings in PVRs and INOX near Park Street, Salt Lake, Rajarhat, and the South City Mall area in Kolkata.
