What happened at the wedding?
Smriti Mandhana and Palaash Muchhal’s wedding, initially set for November 23, 2025, in Sangli, was put on hold just a day before the ceremony after the bride’s father reportedly showed symptoms of a heart attack. Soon after, reports emerged that Palaash himself had been hospitalised.
Amid these events, a chat between Palaash and a woman went viral, sparking rumours that the wedding was called off due to alleged cheating. The speculation grew when a woman named Mary D’Costa leaked the chats, and Smriti later deleted all wedding-related posts.
So far, neither Smriti nor Palaash or not anyone from their family, has released an official statement addressing the cheating allegations.
