An entrepreneur’s late-night cycling video from Hyderabad has sparked surprise across India and pride among city residents.
Kavya Methi Khandelwal shared a 44-second Instagram Reel showing herself cycling on a dedicated track at 2 am. It is an hour many consider unsafe for women in most Indian cities.
The clip also captured several other women riding comfortably on the same track.

She even raced with her sister during the ride. Showing the track, she added, "This is my track, this is how it looks like. What is this. This makes me so happy."
The video has gone viral with over three million views, two lakh ‘likes’, and nearly 2,000 comments.
