The starter included lightly warm Murungalai Charu soup. Along with Gucchi Dun Chetin (a type of chutney), Kale Chane Ke Shikampuri, and Vegetable Jhol Momo.
The main course was prepared with winter vegetables and classic Indian-style recipes. It included: Zafrani Paneer Roll, Palak Methi Matar Ka Shaak, Tandoori Bharwan Aloo (Punjabi dish), Achari Baingan and Haldi Dal Tadka. Along with this were dry fruits and Zafrrani Pulao, Lachha Paratha, Naan and three types of roti. For dessert, there was Badam Ka Halwa and Kesar-Pista Kulfi, fresh fruits, Gud Sandesh and Murakku. There were also various types of salad, mango chutney and banana chips.
