The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has published a notification for recruitment to the post of Office Attendant (RBI Office Attendant Recruitment 2026). The application process for this position started on Thursday. A total of 572 people will be recruited for this post. This recruitment will be for Reserve Bank branches located in various states across the country. There are 90 vacant positions for Kolkata.
To be recruited for this post, one must pass the tenth-grade examination. The age for this recruitment must be between 18 and 25 years. Applicants from reserved categories will get age relaxation according to government rules. Additionally, one must be able to read, write and speak the local language of the state for which they are applying.

Applications for this recruitment must be submitted by visiting the official website of the Reserve Bank of India. There, after online registration, the form must be filled out, and the necessary documents must be uploaded. After this process, the application fee must be submitted.
Applicants for this recruitment will have to appear for an online examination. Those who pass that examination will have a Language Proficiency Test. The online examination will include questions on Reasoning, General English, General Awareness and Numerical Ability.
Applications for this recruitment started on Thursday, January 15. The last date for application is February 4. Applicants must submit the fee by that date. The written examination may be held on March 28 and March 1. The examination date will be announced after the application process is completed.
