Justice Amrita Sinha ordered the submission of the list by December 10. On the same day, the Court also ordered the uploading of OMR sheets from the 2025 recruitment written examination. The High Court Bench asked the School Service Commission why the OMR sheets haven't been uploaded yet.
Justice Sinha has ordered the publication of the list of teachers on the website who received appointment letters for classes IX-X and XI-XII after the tenure of SSC's 2016 teacher recruitment panel had expired.
As a result, the fate of aspirants whose names are on this list but who participated in the 2025 recruitment process will depend on the future of this case. This was the observation of Justice Amrita Sinha.
On the same day, the court also ordered the uploading of OMR sheets from the 2025 recruitment written examination. Justice Sinha asked why the commission hasn't uploaded them? Addressing the commission, the Judge said that as recruitment is happening under Supreme Court orders. Work should be done transparently from day one; otherwise, allegations of irregularities will arise again later.
