Here, over 150 craftsmen work endlessly to create Santa Claus figures, reindeers, pine cones and sleighs, wreaths, balls, stars, hats and much more. The prices vary from Rs 5,000 to as much as Rs 1,00,000 depending on the size of the trees and entire Santa Claus sets.

3. Apart from this, the market in front of Simpark Mall on Lindsay Street, is also a go-to destination for shoppers. It teems with innumerable festive decorations which are also very budget-friendly.
4. Meanwhile, there is a very Instagrammy shop in the New Market area, Max Gift Centre, that sells very unique Christmas decorations and even delivers them all across India! From trees of different sizes to balls of different kinds, this shop is the ultimate show-stopper and too cute to skip!

1. Park Street: Park Street is the heart of Christmas in Kolkata. The road transforms into a festive hub with lights, music, food stalls, and pop-ups selling holiday treats and gifts as part of the Kolkata Christmas Festival.
2. New Market: One of the city’s most iconic markets, New Market comes alive during Christmas and other festivals with decorations, seasonal goodies like plum cakes, ornaments and festive shopping.
3. Bow Barracks: Though more community-centric than a formal market, Bow Barracks’ lanes light up with decorations, local stalls and Anglo-Indian Christmas spirit. It is perfect for an authentic, cosy celebration.
