Sensitive skin also needs exfoliation. But the trouble arises when selecting cosmetics. In most cases, it is seen that even applying ordinary creams or lotions increases rashes, acne, or inflammatory discomfort on the skin. So you cannot apply anything on your face. Meanwhile, dermatologists say that exfoliation is necessary to enhance the skin's radiance. Sensitive skin can also be scrubbed, but which ingredients to use is extremely important. In that case, instead of using any commercial cosmetics, you can also make an exfoliator at home. Which ingredients are good for sensitive skin?

Oatmeal, yoghurt:
You have soaked a good amount of oats in hot water for breakfast. If you cannot finish it all, keep it aside. You can mix it with yoghurt and use it as an exfoliator. Besides maintaining skin moisture, it also helps clean pores effectively. This special remedy helps remove the rough, dry appearance of skin during winter.
Grind the oatmeal and mix it with yoghurt. Apply this mixture to your face and wait for two minutes. Then, massage gently with light hands. Rinse with cold water.
Coconut milk, almond powder:
Many people mix brown sugar with coconut milk to make a scrub. However, this exfoliator is a bit too 'rough' for sensitive skin. Instead, it would be best if you could mix almond powder. Coconut milk contains sufficient amounts of fat. This ingredient is excellent for extremely dry skin. However, since hard granules cannot be used on sensitive skin, you can use almond powder instead.
Apply the mixture of coconut milk and almond powder on a wet face. Massage for two minutes. Then wash off with lukewarm water.
