Only a few more days left. Preparations for the New Year party are in full swing. But this time, not outside. The celebration will be held on the rooftop at home. There will be music, along with a bonfire arrangement. And plenty of food and drinks will flow. Biryani must be on the main course and some type of kebab for starters. Besides reshmi, hariyali, and tangri, if you want to try something different, you can add chapli kebab to the menu. Here's the recipe.

What do you need?
Mutton mince: 500 grams
Coriander leaves with stems: 1 bunch
Chopped onions: 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes: half cup
Chopped green chilies: 2 tablespoons
Chopped ginger: 1 teaspoon
Egg: 1
Salt: as needed
Gram flour: 1 tablespoon
Mustard oil: for frying
How to make it?
First, wash the mutton mince well and drain the water.
Then take all the ingredients one by one in a bowl.
Mix well with the mutton mince by mashing.
If it's difficult to mix by hand, you can use a mixer or blender.
Just make sure the mixture doesn't become too thin. If it does, add a little more gram flour.
Now take small portions from the mixture and shape them into kebabs.
Before that, wash both hands well. Because you need to shape the kebabs with wet hands.
