Vastu Tips for Wall Clocks
According to Vastu guidelines, the most suitable places to keep wall clocks are the east, west, and north walls. However, among these, the east and north direction walls are most auspicious for hanging clocks compared to the west direction wall. Hang a clock on the west wall only if there is absolutely no space to hang a clock on the east or north walls. It's better not to install a clock on the south wall of the house.
According to Hinduism, Kuber, the god of wealth, resides in the north direction. Therefore, it is believed that hanging a clock in that direction brings financial gain. Again, the east direction is the direction of Indra, the king of gods. So hanging a clock on the wall in that direction brings power and prestige. The west direction is the direction of Varuna, the god of rain. So if you hang a clock on the west wall, stability comes to life. However, the south direction is the direction of Yamaraj. Therefore, one should never hang a clock on the wall in this direction by mistake. This invokes Yama.
Never hang a clock above the door by mistake. Also, remember that you should not hang the clock so high in your house that it exceeds the height of the door.

If you install a wall clock in the bedroom, install it on the east wall. Keep the clock as far away from the bed as possible.
Never keep a broken or stopped clock on the wall by mistake. This will attract misfortune towards you. The glass of the clock hanging on the wall should not be blurred or cracked.
Make sure that the wall clock always shows the correct time. There's no problem if it shows time a few minutes ahead. But a slow clock is extremely inauspicious according to Vastu. This can cause great harm to the family.
