Ishan Kishan stepped up in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy final against Haryana and set the big stage on fire with a blistering knock of 101 runs, powering Jharkhand to reach the humongous total of 262 runs for 3 wickets.
Jharkhand’s young prodigy Kumar Kushagra set the stage ablaze with a powerful knock of 81 runs in just 38 balls and hit 5 sixes and 8 fours to decorate the innings. Captain Ishan Kishan unleashed 10 sixes and 6 fours in the innings and played the knock in just 49 balls with a strike rate of 206.12
This season remained one of the best seasons for Ishan Kishan as he ended this season as the top run scorer. Ishan Kishan smashed 517 runs in 10 innings with an average of 57.44 runs. Kumar Kushagra also emerged as the young sensation for this season and ended the season as third highest scorer with 422 runs.

Jharkhand sets a huge total
Winning the toss, Haryana chose to field first, Ishan Kishan along with Virat Singh opened the innings for Jharkhand. Other than Ishan Kishan and Kumar Kushagra, all-rounder Anukul Roy and Jharkhand’s Chris Gayle, Robin Minz stepped in as well.
KKR all-rounder Anukul Roy smashed 40 runs with a strike rate of 200 and Robin Minz scored 31 runs in just 14 balls and helped to reach 262 runs.
Ishan Kishan and Kumar Kushagra formed a 177-run partnership in just 82 balls.
For Haryana Anshul Kamboj who took the second most wickets in this season conceded 51 runs in four overs and took one wicket. Sumit Kumar and Samant Jakhar also took one wicket each other than that no one was able to take wickets.
