A viral post is spreading on X claiming that President Donald Trump is launching his own health insurance plan. The post has been shared widely, mostly by unverified accounts, and is edited to look like an official White House announcement, which is why many users believed it at first glance.
According to the viral post, the statement supposedly comes from Trump himself. “For decades, greedy Insurance Companies have bled Americans dry. That's why President Trump, in association with AETNA and under the watchful eye of HHS Secretary Kennedy, is introducing TRUMP INSURANCE,” the message reads.

The post further claims that Trump supporters would pay $599 per month, while Democrats would need to pay $1499 for the same coverage. It ends with, “Details are coming soon. Delivering for America!”
This bizarre pricing breakdown left many confused. One user reacted with “What?”, while another questioned, “Why does it feel like everything Donald Trump does breaks a law?”

So, is ‘Trump Insurance’ real?
No. There is no evidence that such a plan exists. The White House has issued no official statement, and no corresponding announcement appears on its verified social media platforms.
One of the earliest accounts to circulate the claim, TheRealThelmaJohnson, posted it with the caption, “This is absolutely crazy.” Soon after, readers added context to clarify the truth.
"For clarity: This image is satirical and not an actual White House statement. No such "Trump Insurance" exists. The account @TheRealThelmaJ1 specialises in political parody," the note stated.
