Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge, directed by Aditya Dhar, has made history in Indian cinema. It became the first Bollywood film to cross ₹1,700 crore worldwide in just 25 days without a Gulf release. The film is also the highest-grossing Indian movie without earnings from the Gulf and China markets. It marks the final part of the Dhurandhar series.
On its fourth Sunday (Day 25), the film recorded an estimated net collection of Rs 14.75 crore and a gross of Rs 17.68 crore, according to Sacnilk. Its fourth week total stood at Rs 35.25 crore net and Rs 42.25 crore gross, despite competition from the ongoing IPL season.

Worldwide and domestic numbers
According to the report of The Times of India, the film's estimated worldwide gross stands at Rs 1,712.98 crore. Its India net collection is approximately Rs 1,083.67 crore, while the all-India gross reached Rs 1,297.48 crore. Overseas earnings, driven by North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and key European territories, amount to an estimated Rs 415.50 crore.
The film opened on March 19 with a Week 1 net collection of Rs 674.17 crore, followed by Rs 263.65 crore in Week 2 and Rs 110.60 crore in Week 3.
Week 4 performance and rankings
The report said Dhurandhar 2 earned ₹35.25 crore in its fourth weekend but could not beat the original Dhurandhar, which made ₹58 crore and still holds the top spot. However, it entered the top 5, crossing Jawan. It may still go ahead of Stree 2, Chhaava, and Pushpa 2: The Rule in the coming days.
Chasing Pushpa 2 and Baahubali 2
Unlike Pushpa 2: The Rule and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, which were Telugu films with Hindi as a secondary version, Dhurandhar 2 is mainly a Hindi film. The Hindi market has driven its strong India net collection of ₹1,068.92 crore. It is now just ₹30 crore behind Pushpa 2’s ₹1,742 crore total and could become the third highest-grossing Indian film. For comparison, Pushpa 2 earned about ₹1,685 crore, and Baahubali 2 earned ₹1,615 crore.
Franchise milestone and what lies ahead
Combined with the original Dhurandhar, the two-film franchise has surpassed Rs 3,000 crore worldwide, becoming the first Indian film series to do so. The film, which also stars Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, and R Madhavan, faces its next competitive test with Bhoot Bangla releasing on April 17.
