Childhood absence and emotional impact

Nora shared that her parents divorced when she was very young, and she has had no contact with her father since then. This absence, she said, created a deep emotional impact and even led to a sense of anger towards men.

She openly acknowledged that these feelings were her own internal struggles. Calling it a “me problem,” she stressed that recognising such emotional patterns is the first step towards building healthier relationships.

According to her, unresolved issues from childhood can quietly influence how people behave in relationships, often without them even realising it.

Fear of abandonment and healing

Nora also spoke about dealing with abandonment issues, explaining how the fear of being left alone affected her decisions in relationships.

She admitted that this fear once made her stay in a relationship that was not right for her. Over time, she realised that staying with the wrong person just to avoid loneliness only leads to unhappiness.

The actor emphasised the importance of self-love and emotional awareness. She said that learning to value oneself helps reduce the fear of being alone and allows people to make better choices in relationships.
