Sandakphu
But braving the cold at 3,636 meters is quite a challenge. But if you like to see snow, Sandakphu is the place to visit. Even snowfall can be experienced here. Along with Kanchenjunga, you will get to see Mount Everest, Makalu, and Lhotse. The distance from Darjeeling to Manebhanjan is about 26 kilometres. From Manebhanjan, you can get a Land Rover to Sandakphu. On the way, you may also stay for a night or two in Tumling, where you will still find snow.
